Password requirements

Your password must meet the following requirements:

• at least 10 characters;
• at least one number (0-9);
• at least one of the following special characters:
  !  #  $  (  )  *  +  .  :  ?  @  [  ]  _  |
• at least one uppercase letter (A-Z);
• at least one lowercase letter (a-z);
• spaces are not allowed.

How to reset your password

• Access the Dynamo portal at https://marketplace.dynamo.cloud;
• Select Forgot your password?;
• Enter the email address associated with your Dynamo account and select Submit;
• Check your inbox and locate the email sent by Dynamo;
• Open the email and select Reset password;
  
  The link is valid for 5 minutes and can only be used once.
• On the Set your password page, enter and confirm a new password that complies with the password requirements;
• Select Set password to complete the password reset process and access the platform.
