In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, Europe stands at a critical crossroads. This manifesto represents the distilled wisdom and strategic directions emerged from discussions at the Dynamo Cloud Business Forum.
Together we stand, divided we fall
The Dynamo Cloud Business Forum (held in Milan, March 5-6, 2025) has united stakeholders from across the European digital ecosystem to articulate a vision for a sovereign, innovative, and competitive digital Europe.
This manifesto represents the distilled wisdom and strategic directions emerging from these discussions and workshop, aligned with the principles of the EuroStack 1 initiative.
It shares participants’ insights to help shape a European digital technology stack — EuroStack — built in Europe, for Europe, to reduce reliance on non-European providers and ensure digital sovereignty over critical infrastructure.
