Create and manage Service centers and Data centers
What are Service Centers and Data Centers
In the Dynamo Marketplace, Service Centers and Data Centers identify the locations or infrastructures used to deliver services published by a Provider:
- a Service Center represents a general location or geographic area;
- a Data Center identifies a specific infrastructure associated with that location.
To create a service in the Dynamo Marketplace, you must have at least one active Service Center and at least one associated Data Center.
Service Centers and Data Centers configured in this section represent the locations and infrastructures available to the Provider. When configuring a service offering, you can select the specific Service Centers and Data Centers to associate with that offering. For example, a Provider can configure multiple Data Centers under the same Service Center and then associate only the Data Centers required for a specific service offering.
