Enter the service delivery data required for billing in Dynamo

Access the Provider billing report

• Sign in to the Provider dashboard;
• from the side navigation menu, select Metering and billing > Provider billing report;
• the page displaying the services for which billing data can be entered opens.

Enter service delivery data

• Locate the service for which you want to enter the data;
• select Add billing data;
• enter the service delivery data required for billing;
• select Generate to complete the operation.

Service delivery data should be entered for each service.

Why service delivery data is required

For Pay-Per-Use services, entering service delivery data is required for billing. If the Provider does not enter the data, the Buyer is not invoiced and the Provider is not paid.

Service delivery data can also be entered for Upfront and Subscription services. In these cases, payments continue even if the data is not entered.
